Late-onset Hypogonadism (LOH) syndrome has been established for a few years.
It was formally called as "ADAM (Androgen deficiency in aging male) " or "PADAM (Partial androgen deficiency in aging male) " , and the international guideline has been developed. LOH is defined by reduced serum testosterone levels (either total testosterone or free testosterone). Considering "Men's health" , LOH is an important issue for the quality of life of elderly males.
