During the past decades several efforts had been undertaken to treat erectile dysfunction by vascular surgery.
Today one option survived: Implantation of Penile Prostheses. A lot of improvements of the material and the process quality lead to very good long term results. Patients with severe erectile dysfunction can be recommended in good conscience for implant surgery.
