In this video, Dr. Michael Ingber describes percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation, or PTNS, which is an office-based type of neuromodulation which is FDA approved for urge urinary incontinence, urinary frequency, or urinary urgency. This technology uses a 34 gauge needle electrode to access the tibial nerve in the ankle. Dr. Ingber is now based at Morris Urology, a division of Garden State Urology at Saint Clare's Health System in Denville, NJ.
