To address these areas and to drive international consensus on key areas of prostate cancer practice where there is no clear guidelines or level 1 evidence the Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC) prepares a large number of consensus questions that are presented on and then voted on by a large number of international prostate cancer expert panelists at the end of the conference.
