Ureteral metastasis of prostatic adenocarcinoma: Case report and literature review - Abstract

Ureteral metastases of prostatic adenocarcinoma are very rare.

We report the case of a 66-year-old man with a right ureteral metastasis of prostate cancer. Only 10 cases have been reported in the literature these last 30 years. Most patients had a multimetastatic prostate cancer. Local treatment is not standardized. Hormonotherapy seems to be the most appropriate treatment in first intention.
