Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) during pregnancy is rare.
We present a case of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for RCC in a 32-year-old pregnant female. The tumor was excised en bloc. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy appears to be a feasible and safe treatment option for RCC in pregnancy.
