Kriti Mittal: Thank you, everyone, for being here bright and early for this multidisciplinary symposium at the 92nd Meeting of the New England Section of the AUA. Thanks again to the organizing committee for having us here. Today, we're going to talk about state-of-the-art management of high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.

By way of introduction, my name is Kriti Mittal. I'm a Medical Oncologist at the University of Massachusetts. The symposium is being organized in partnership with the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network. It is supported by an educational grant from Pfizer. Highlights from this talk will be posted in a question-and-answer format on the Mednet, which is an online community for expert answers for real-life clinical scenarios. A video recording of the symposium will also be posted on UroToday.

We are delighted to have with us Ms. Lydia Saravis from BCAN, who will provide some patient perspective on non-muscle invasive bladder cancer today. Thank you, Lydia, for being here. And our panelists: Dr. Matthew Mossanen from Dana-Farber, Brigham and Women's; Dr. Jennifer Yates from the University of Massachusetts; Dr. Kent Mouw from Dana-Farber Brigham's; Dr. Guru Sonpavde from AdventHealth; and Ms. Laura Wood from Cleveland Clinic. Thank you.

These are our disclosures. And with that, I would like to invite Dr. Mossanen, who'll be presenting the first few cases. We are going to reserve questions until the end.
